I went in there today for a new screen protector. The Sales associate was At first quite dismissive and asked me to speak to his colleague. He then proceeded. trying to sell me everything in the shop and shook his head with a sigh if I decided not to buy. In the end, I chose one of the more expensive screen protectors, and he set about fitting it to my phone. He then got distracted and gave it to the lady to finish it. When he handed it back to me, he told me that the actual screen on the phone was broken and that’s why there was a slight bubble on the right hand corner. That is not true. I’ve got HOME tonight and the screen protector is not fitted correctly at all. It’s coming away on 3 sudes Where I live in Thailand, this kind of service is done so much better and professionally. I really feel that some proper staff training is needed in this store.
